1. General Conduct (OOC)
Respect all players and staff. Toxicity, racism, homophobia, and Out of Character (OOC) harassment will result in an immediate permanent ban. Keep OOC drama out of the city. If a rule break occurs, do not break character—finish the scene and report it later.
2. Metagaming (MG)
You cannot use information obtained Out of Character (OOC) while In Character (IC). This includes using Discord, Twitch streams, or OOC chat to find out where players are or what they are doing. Your character only knows what they have seen, heard, or learned in the city.
3. Powergaming (PG)
Powergaming is roleplaying outside the boundaries of realism or forcing roleplay on another player without giving them a chance to react. Examples include: pulling a heavy assault rifle out of your pockets without a bag, having "superhuman" strength, or roleplaying that you tied someone up without actually doing the emote/command.
4. Deathmatching (RDM & VDM)
RDM (Random Deathmatch): Attacking or killing another player without prior roleplay initiation. There must be a valid roleplay reason and vocal interaction before violence occurs.
VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch): Using a vehicle as a weapon to run people over without valid, escalating roleplay is strictly forbidden.
5. Fear RP & Value of Life (NVL)
No Value of Life (NVL): You must realistically fear for your character's life. If you are unarmed and two people have guns pointed at your head, you must comply with their demands. You cannot pull a weapon or run away when at a clear, fatal disadvantage.
6. New Life Rule (NLR)
If your character is completely "dead" and respawns at the hospital, you forget all immediate events leading up to your death, including who killed you. You may not return to the scene of your death or involve yourself in the same ongoing situation.
7. Fail RP
Fail RP is a broad term for breaking character or doing things that are entirely unrealistic. Examples include: driving a sports car off a mountain and continuing to drive, speaking out of character ("I'm going to report you to an admin"), or exploiting game mechanics.
8. Safe Zones
Hospitals, Police Stations, and initial spawn points are strict safe zones. No crimes, kidnapping, stealing vehicles, or hostile roleplay may be initiated in or immediately around these areas.
